Tour Plan

Arrive Rio De Janeiro Begin your tour of South America in the bustling city of Rio de Janeiro with its world-famous attractions, beautiful beaches, and the joy of the Brazilian people. Picture postcard scenarios such as Copacabana Beach, Sugar Loaf Mountain, and the statue of Christ the Redeemer await you. Your airport transfer to the hotel will be arranged based on your flight timings. In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant where you will enjoy a variety of international cuisines. Overnight stay at Hilton Rio Copacabana or similar.

Rio De Janeiro – Corcovado & Sugar Loaf Mountain. Breakfast will be served at the hotel before departing for a day tour of Rio De Janeiro. In the morning, board the train that will take you to Christ the Redeemer. During the train ride, we will have the experience of traversing the rainforest to reach the top of Corcovado. Named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Christ the Redeemer boast the most spectacular view of Rio de Janeiro. Later visit the Maracanã Stadium from the outside, the Sambadrome, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Selarón Stairs. After lunch at an Indian restaurant, proceed to Sugar Loaf Mountain. At up to 396 meters above sea level you can enjoy a memorable and inspiring experience. The Sugar Loaf Cable Car ride starts at Praia Vermelha Station, climbs to Morro da Urca and goes to Sugar Loaf Mountain, which is interconnected by two cable car lines, offering breathtaking views at any time of the day. Enjoy the exuberant nature of the Atlantic Forest, the contours of the mountains, the beauty of the architecture and city center, the main beaches, the imposing Tijuca massif and the Corcovado with the image of Christ the Redeemer. Later proceed back to the hotel before dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at Hilton Rio Copacabana or similar.

Rio De Janeiro – Iguassu. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguassu. Upon arrival, travel to downtown Iguassu with your local guide and explore the center of the city. Walk down Avenida Brazil and discover the retail shops and cafés, then visit the city’s main Catholic cathedral, Igreja Matriz. Visit the Buddhist Temple of Foz do Iguaçu, where you’ll hear about its history and learn a little bit about Buddhism and its teachings. Visit the majestic Omar Ibn Al-Khatab Mosque, which was built in 1983, an important cultural and religious center for Foz do Iguaçu and the biggest Islamic community in Brazil. Board your vehicle to travel to the Landmark of the Three Frontiers, where three countries and two rivers converge. Three stone obelisks, painted in each country’s national colors, stand at the spot where the Paraná and Iguassu River meet. Listen as your guide talks about the history of this important South American monument. Later travel to the hotel to check-in. In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant where you will enjoy a variety of international cuisines. Overnight stay at Continental Inn Hotel Iguassu or similar.

Iguassu – Brazilian Falls. After breakfast at the hotel, begin your journey to the Brazilian side of mesmerizing Iguassu Falls. Iguassu Falls is located in the extreme west of the State of Paraná. It is one of the Icons of Brazilian tourism thanks to the 275 majestic waterfalls that make up the Iguassu Falls. Located in the Iguassu National Park, on the border between Brazil and Argentina, the Falls attract millions of visitors from all over the world. As you get closer to the falls you will be able to view the parks’ rich fauna and flora. During the tour you will be able to see many species of birds, butterflies, and even small mammals such as the Coati. The Brazilian side of the falls boasts a 950-meter walkway circuit where you will be able to observe 275 different waterfalls of the Iguassu River. On the walkway, enjoy the view of the colossal Devil’s Throat, the most impressive cascade of the Iguassu Falls. After completing the walkway circuit, take the panoramic elevator to the observation deck for even more views of the Falls. Later enjoy lunch at the Porto Canoas gastronomic center where you will enjoy a variety of international cuisines. The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure. In the evening, return to the hotel before visiting a local restaurant where you will enjoy a variety of international cuisines. Overnight stay at Continental Inn Hotel Iguassu or similar.

Iguassu – Argentinean Falls – Buenos Aires. This morning we check out of the hotel after breakfast and begin our journey to the Argentinian side of Iguassu National Park. Upon arrival, stop at the visitor center before taking the train towards the Devil’s Throat. The Argentinean side of the falls comprises of an Upper and Lower Circuit. The Lower Circuit is composed of a trail approximately 0.8 miles (1.3 km) long that allows you to get close to some of the smaller waterfalls on the Argentinian side. Walk along the trail, which is equipped with both restrooms and snack bars, and get close to the Carlos Bozzetti Waterfall, where you can take some great photos. The Upper Circuit allows you to see the top of the majestic falls on the Argentina side and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the area. The view stretches from the Argentinian falls to San Martin Island and parts of the Brazilian falls. During the day enjoy lunch at a buffet restaurant inside the national park. Later transfer to Puerto Iguazu Airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, transfer to the hotel before dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, take a thrilling journey through the history of the Argentine tango with an evening tango show. Enjoy a dazzling performance by professional tango dancers and live folk musicians at one of Buenos Aires’ most historic venues, located in the heart of San Telmo, the birthplace of the tango. Overnight stay at Hotel Savoy Buenos Aires or similar.

Buenos Aires – Tigre – Buenos Aires. Depart the hotel this morning after breakfast for your tour of Buenos Aires. During the tour you will see the impressive buildings of the National Congress, the Civic Center and the Plaza de Mayo surrounded by Casa Rosada. Later view the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Cabildo and the famous Teatro Colón Opera House. The tour continues to the traditional San Telmo district, and the picturesque Italian La Boca neighborhood. After visit the recently revamped Puerto Madero to Palermo Gardens, and finally to elegant Recoleta, with its fashionable shops and restaurants. Enjoy lunch today at an Indian restaurant before traveling to the bustling trade town of Tigre. On arrival, visit the famous Fruit Market and enjoy narration of the towns history from our friendly local guide. Later board a catamaran boat to visit the Tigre Delta. At 5,405 square miles, the Tigre Delta is among the world’s largest, and it is one of the only major deltas in the world that does not empty into a sea or ocean. Enjoy this natural spectacle from the unique vantage point of a traditional catamaran boat for the most amazing picture opportunities. Later return to the hotel before enjoying dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at Hotel Savoy Buenos Aires or similar.

Buenos Aires – Lima. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima, the capital of Peru. A packed lunch will be provided to enjoy on your flight. Upon arrival in Lima, transfer to the hotel located in the Miraflores District based on your flight timings. Spend the remaining day free to explore the local surroundings and shops. Lima was named by natives in the agricultural region known by native Peruvians as Lima. It became the capital and most important city in the Viceroyalty of Peru. Following the Peruvian War of Independence, it became the capital of the Republic of Peru. Around one-third of the national population lives in the metropolitan area of Lima. In the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at Doubletree By Hilton Lima Miraflores El Pardo or similar.

Lima – Cusco. Depart from the hotel this morning and travel to the airport for your flight to Cusco, Peru. A packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, transfer to your hotel to check-in. Today we undertake a Cusco city tour which includes many historical sites of the Inca Empire. View the ruins of the Inca Palace, the Plaza de Armas and the old town with its restored colonial buildings. The tour also includes visits to the Sacsayhuaman fortress, Qenqo, Tambomachay and Puca Pucara Archaeological place. In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at Hotel Sonesta Cusco or similar.

Cusco – Sacred Valley & Vistodome Train – Machu Picchu – Cusco. Today we begin the day after an early breakfast and drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo Train Station we board the Vistadome Train that travels through misty peaks to the astonishing ancient citadel of Machu Picchu, known as the “Lost City of the Incas”. Enjoy a packed lunch whilst soaking up the majestic scenery of the Sacred Valley. Designated by UNESCO as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu was virtually unknown to the western world until Hiram Bingham’s rediscovery in 1911. Spend the morning viewing the unforgettable wonders of this 15th century retreat, abandoned nearly 100 years later with the arrival of the conquistadors. See the highlights of the site including the imposing Temple of the Sun, the House of the Priest, the Sacred Plaza and the intricately carved rock likely used as a sundial by the ancient Incas. The images of this significant archaeological site will be a long-lasting memory. Return to the Sacred Valley by train in the early evening and travel back to Cusco for dinner at an Indian restaurant and night stay. Overnight stay at Hotel Sonesta Cusco or similar

Cusco – Lima. After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Cusco airport for your flight to Lima. Upon arrival in Lima, transfer to the hotel before lunch at an Indian restaurant. In the afternoon we begin our tour of Lima. With its 2000 years of history, Lima has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tour begins in the colonial center of the city, the splendid Plaza Mayor. View the impressive Palace of the Archbishop with its fine carved balcony, the opulent Government Palace, official residence of the President, and the 16th century Cathedral of Lima whose first stone was laid by Pizarro. Continue to the 17th century Monasterio de San Francisco complex with its magnificent tiles, ornate carved ceilings, exceptional paintings, and world-renowned library. In the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at Doubletree By Hilton Lima Miraflores El Pardo or similar.

Depart from Lima. Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer from hotel to Lima airport for your flight back home.

Terms and Conditions

  • Refer to our “Tour Package” page on the website to know the cost of your tour. The rates may change without notice.
  • Advance and Registration amount of US$2000.00 per person (Registration amount of US$500.00 is non-refundable) by cheque in favor of Admiral Travel Bureau, Dallas, Texas along with valid Passport copy and duly signed registration form.
  • Final payment by cheque or direct deposit 60days prior to the departure date.
  • Single occupancy: Available upon request with extra payment.
  • Booking of airline or hotels are subject to availability.
  • Departure from other states / airports: Airline fare difference is apply.
  • Third party vendor deposits are not refundable.
  • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months during the travel.
  • The rates are subject to change in case of surcharge or high season or conventions periods.
  • Hotel check-in time is subject to vary as per the local rules of each country.
  • A surcharge will be applicable for transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport between 22:00hrs – 07:00hrs and an additional surcharge applicable for individual transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.
  • A valid Passport copy of each passenger is needed to finalize hotels, visa (if required) and other travel documents. Admiral Travel Bureau will not use your passport copy for any other purpose.
  • Checked Baggage allowance: One piece (50LB or 23Kgs ) baggage is allowed and one piece of (15LB or 7Kgs ) hand bag as per the airline ticket and limited boot space in the coach.
  • Ticket / Group tickets will be provided for all group members which are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable and non-re-routable.
  • Any change in Airline or Hotel charge will affect the tour cost.
  • Passengers are fully responsible for any illness, accidents and injuries that occur during the travel. We advise you to take Travel & Medical Insurance.
  • Any service provided apar from the group is charged extra.
  • Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the Embassy / Consulate and we do not undertake any responsibility. Visa fee and border taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Applicants should go for the personal interview at respective Embassy / Consulate at their own cost if the Embassy / Consulate calls for the personal interview.
  • The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, in connection with documentation, baggage, registration, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality.
  • The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 20 paying passengers. In the event that the group size is smaller, passengers will have an option of travelling to another departure date.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall tour program and service unchanged. However, we shall not be liable or responsible to refund or any compensation amount on account of any change or cancellation in the tour package due to war, strike, epidemics, or natural calamities.
  • We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify the tour program and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify tour members promptly of such changes.
  • In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity / ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at any time especially for heart patients, pregnant women, people with high blood pressure etc..
  • In case of non-availability of hotel rooms at the mentioned hotels, we shall provide alternate hotels of a similar category.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel or coach during your stay or travel shall be payable by the passengers, Admiral Travel Bureau is not responsible for the same.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
  • Admiral Travel Bureau is not responsible for delays or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, cruise, or any other services.
  • The management also reserves the right to claim from tour members any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, cruise, or any other services.
  • All travel details including hotel, air ticket and transportation etc.. will be provided within 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Admiral Travel Bureau reserves the right to change / modify or terminate the offer at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • Admiral Travel Bureau reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, wars, festivals, weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation, re-routing of flights, closure, or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. while we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held for any refunds or compensation or claims arising out of this.
  • Any dispute and claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dallas County Courts, Dallas, USA.
  • Baggage allowed in far east countries only 20kgs/passenger. Check the air ticket for more details.
  • The client understands that he/she cannot make or raise any action demand or claim against Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C or its representative, or its Directors and shall also indemnify Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C or if any claim or action is brought by any party claiming through the client for dealing with Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, and shall always keep Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, or its employees fully indemnified against howsoever caused.
  • No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the Company beyond 30 days from the end of our service.
  • Travel Insurance is not included in the cost of customer’s itinerary (package amount) to protect against third party supplier default / bankruptcy protection, delay, interruption, missed connection for airplane, cruises, train, cancellation, medical emergency transportation / evacuation & repatriation due to war / flood / epidemic, baggage & personal effects / lost luggage & baggage delay, illness, change of plans, accidental death and disability, travel accident / sickness medical expenses, and more.
  • Proper insurance may protect passengers from any financial loss in almost all circumstances. Without appropriate travel insurance, Customer understands and agreed that if Customer cancel or interrupts Customer’s travel for any reason, portion of the trip / tour may not be refunded and Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C and travel suppliers cancellation penalties will apply resulting in loss of monies up to the full cost of customer’s travel booking and related costs.
  • Transportation: for transfers and sightseeing, we use mini coaches, big coaches, or small vans depending on the respective tour group size.
  • Sightseeing attractions: some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternative sightseeing place if possible.
  • Some hotels will not provide Iron & Ironing board in the room, but available on request or common place with iron and ironing board.
  • Some restaurants will provide vegetarian food with fish.
  • As a third person in a triple room, the third person will get a rollaway bed. The room size may be the same as a double room.
  • A person under 11 years is considered as child and infant sharing parent’s bed.
  • Guest hereby gives consent to Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, to publish any photographs and/or videos of the trip or Guest in printed or electronic media without obtaining further consent and without any compensation. Each Guest releases Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, and its representatives or directors from any liability in connection with any use of such photographs and/or videos.

Visa Processing (If required):

  • Visa processing requires a minimum of 60 working days, however since this is a group departure, we would require all documents 75dys prior to the departure.

Documents required:

  • Valid Passport (minimum validity of six months during travel) and three photographs as per the specifications of the Consulate or Embassy.

Airlines:

  • Admiral Travel Bureau will not make seat selection in aircraft for group or individual passengers. If a guest needs seat arrangements in the aircraft, contact the airline directly.

Payment:

  • Payment by cheque, bank deposit or bank transfer to the account of Admiral Travel Bureau with JP Morgan Chase Bank. Bank details available upon request.

 

Cancellation and refund Policy – at any circumstances (including war, flood, strike or epidemic):

 

  • Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the departure date: Registration fee, applicable airline penalty charges and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
  • Cancellation between 89-60 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the tour cost, airline cancellation penalty and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
  • Cancellation between 59-31 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the total tour cost, airline cancellation penalty and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
  • Cancellation on 30 days or less prior to the departure date: ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost, any airline penalty will be deducted.
  • A refund will be made after 60 days of the scheduled departure of the tour subject to the funds available from the tour operator from foreign countries.
  • No refunds, either in part or full, for any unused services in the package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours etc..
  • If Passenger want to cancel their travel arrangements with Admiral Travel Burau passenger need to notify in writing. Passenger need to send a letter by email or USPS to Admiral Travel Bureau.

We will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements.
