Day 01: Heraklion Arrive at Heraklion International airport in Greece. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative who will guide you to the coach. Later, we proceeded to a hotel in Heraklion. In the evening, proceed towards a restaurant for dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel. Overnight city: Heraklion

Day 02: Heraklion-full day tour in the footsteps of Apostle Paul Journey in the Apostle Paul’s footsteps in Greece with our highly specialized guide to connecting with orthodox Christianity in Crete. Make a stop at an altitude of 400m to discover the storied village of agios Myronas and his ascetic holy cave where healing water still gushes from within the rock. Let us guide your tour along the ancient Messara valley to see through the eyes of a local and realize both the spiritual and unspoiled side of the island. Visit Paliani, one of the oldest Cretan Monasteries dedicated to the assumption and famous for its sacred myrtle tree a relic of the Minoan Crete dendrolatry. Following the roads that go deeper, luxuriate in the ages unearthing prehistoric cities seemingly around every corner along with the bronze age Festos Palace. At the island’s southern corners, take a local tour to uncover the jewel of monastic Crete: Odigitria monastery (Agiofarango) with its fortified architecture that echoes an extraordinary cultural legacy. By the end of the day, unwind at Matala beach the prehistoric port of Gortyna with iconic caves from the neolithic age, and indulge in scrumptious seafood dishes. Return to Heraklion. Day 03: Fly to Biblical Cyprus Today we are leaving Greece for a taste of biblical Cyprus. According to the bible, in acts 13:4-12, Paul and his companion Barnabas arrived in Cyprus during their first missionary journey. Their visit to the island marked a pivotal moment in the spread of Christianity. Upon arrival in Cyprus continue to your hotel in Larnaca. Visit the magnificent church of St. Lazarus, built by emperor Leo VI, in the 9th century. Restoration was carried out in the 17th century and is one of the finest examples of byzantine architecture. Lazarus of Bethany whom Jesus Christ resurrected four days after his death came by boat to Cyprus and landed in Kition where he met the Apostles Paul and Barnabas. He lived on the island for another thirty years. He was buried under the sanctuary in a hidden tomb. Walk along the Finikoudes promenade the famous palm tree lined seafront with the medieval castle standing in the water’s edge. Overnight stay at the hotel. Overnight city: Larnaca

Day 04: Full day tour of Biblical Paphos This morning we begin our biblical journey in Cyprus. First stop the St. Lazarus church, an important Christian pilgrimage site dedicated to the biblical figure Lazarus, whom Jesus raised from the dead. The church houses an exquisite iconostasis and a beautiful example of byzantine architecture. Travel to Paphos, a city closely associated with the apostle Paul’s missionary journeys. In acts 13:6- 12, Paul and Barnabas encountered the roman proconsul Sergius Paulus in Paphos, marking the conversion of Cyprus’s first notable Christian. Visit St. Paul’s pillar, believed to be the location where St. Paul was flogged before the proconsul’s conversion. This site serves as a reminder of the early Christian history of Cyprus. Enjoy the stunning view of the legendary Aphrodite’s rock, where according to Greek mythology, the goddess Aphrodite emerged from the sea. This natural wonder adds a mythological dimension to your tour. End with a visit Agia Solomoni catacomb, an early Christian burial site with frescoes and an atmosphere steeped in history and spirituality. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 05: Excursion to Biblical Salamis This morning you tour the biblical port of Salamis, its mention in acts 13:4-5 as the starting point of Paul and Barnabas’ first missionary journey. Visit the St. Barnabas monastery, dedicated to St. Barnabas, one of the key figures in early Christianity. Explore the impressive church, the archaeological museum, and the final resting place of St. Barnabas, Cyprus’s patron saint. Step back in time as you explore the vast salamis archaeological site, featuring well-preserved remnants of the city, including roman baths, a theater, and a gymnasium. Walk along the ancient harbor of salamis, where vessels of old once docked, and where Paul and Barnabas may have arrived during their journey. Visit the roman theater of salamis, where cultural and religious events were held in antiquity. Reflect on the historical context of early Christian gatherings in this setting. dinner and overnight. Day 06: Fly to Malta This morning we leave Cyprus and continue our biblical journey to Malta. According to Acts Chapter 27-28, Paul, while being transported to Rome as a prisoner, was shipwrecked on the island of Malta. Despite the challenges, he and his Fellow passengers were welcomed and cared for by the hospitable Maltese people. Upon arrival in Valetta, meet your guide and driver, continue to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Overnight: Valetta

Day 07: St. Paul bay & Rabbat This morning, visit St. Paul’s Bay, traditionally believed to be the site where St. Paul was shipwrecked on Malta during his journey to Rome (Acts Chapters 27, 28). Explore St. Paul’s Island and the statue of St. Paul commemorating the shipwreck. In the afternoon continue to Rabbat home to St. Paul’s grotto, where it’s believed St. Paul sought refuge during his stay in Malta. Back to Valetta for dinner and overnight. Overnight: Valletta

Day 08: Mdina & St Paul catacombs This morning travel to Mdina, Malta’s ancient walled city, with its rich history. Explore St. Paul’s catacombs in rabat, a site of early Christian burial and worship. Visit St. John’s co-cathedral, known for its artistic treasures and the tomb of the grand master of the knights of St. John. Explore the grand master’s palace, reflecting on Malta’s Christian history and its connection to the knights hospitaller. Return to Valletta for dinner and overnight. Overnight: Valletta

Day 09: End of trip Breakfast and transfer to airport for flight back home with your luggage full of the best memories.

- Refer to our “Tour Package” page on the website to know the cost of your tour. The rates may change without notice.
- Advance and Registration amount of US$2000.00 per person (Registration amount of US$500.00 is non-refundable) by cheque in favor of Admiral Travel Bureau, Dallas, Texas along with valid Passport copy and duly signed registration form.
- Final payment by cheque or direct deposit 60days prior to the departure date.
- Single occupancy: Available upon request with extra payment.
- Booking of airline or hotels are subject to availability.
- Departure from other states / airports: Airline fare difference is applied.
- Third party vendor deposits are not refundable.
- Passport should be valid for at least 6 months during the travel.
- The rates are subject to change in case of surcharge or high season or conventions periods.
- Hotel check-in time is subject to vary as per the local rules of each country.
- A surcharge will be applicable for transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport between 22:00hrs – 07:00hrs and an additional surcharge applicable for individual transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.
- A valid Passport copy of each passenger is needed to finalize hotels, visa (if required) and other travel documents. Admiral Travel Bureau will not use your passport copy for any other purpose.
- Checked Baggage allowance: One piece (50LB or 23Kgs ) baggage is allowed and one piece of (15LB or 7Kgs ) hand bag as per the airline ticket and limited boot space in the coach.
- Ticket / Group tickets will be provided for all group members which are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable and non-re-routable.
- Any change in Airline or Hotel charge will affect the tour cost.
- Passengers are fully responsible for any illness, accidents and injuries that occur during the travel. We advise you to take Travel & Medical Insurance.
- Any service provided apart from the group is charged extra.
- Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the Embassy / Consulate, and we do not undertake any responsibility. Visa fee, service charge and border taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Applicants should go for the personal interview at respective Embassy / Consulate at their own cost if the Embassy / Consulate calls for the personal interview.
- The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, in connection with documentation, baggage, registration, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, death, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality.
- The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 20 paid passengers. In the event that the group size is smaller, passengers will have an option of travelling to another departure date.
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall tour program and service unchanged. However, we shall not be liable or responsible for a refund or any compensation amount on account of any change or cancellation in the tour package due to war, strike, epidemics, or natural calamities.
- We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify the tour program and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify tour members promptly of such changes.
- In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity / ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at any time especially for heart patients, pregnant women, people with high blood pressure etc..
- In case of non-availability of hotel rooms at the mentioned hotels, we shall provide alternate hotels of a similar category.
- Any damage caused to the hotel or coach during your stay or travel shall be payable by the passengers, Admiral Travel Bureau is not responsible for the same.
- We reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
- The Admiral Travel Bureau is not responsible for delays or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, cruise, or any other services.
- The management also reserves the right to claim from tour members any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, cruise, or any other services.
- All travel details including hotel, air ticket and transportation etc.. will be provided within 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.
- Admiral Travel Bureau reserves the right to change / modify or terminate the offer at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
- Admiral Travel Bureau reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, wars, festivals, weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation, re-routing of flights, closure, or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. while we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held for any refunds or compensation or claims arising out of this.
- Any dispute and claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dallas County Courts, Dallas, USA.
- Baggage is allowed in some countries only 20kgs/passenger. Check the air ticket for more details.
- The client understands that he/she cannot make or raise any action demand or claim against Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C or its representative, or its Directors and shall also indemnify Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C or if any claim or action is brought by any party claiming through the client for dealing with Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, and shall always keep Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, or its employees fully indemnified against howsoever caused.
- No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the Company beyond 30 days from the end of our service.
- Travel Insurance is not included in the cost of customer’s itinerary (package amount) to protect against third party supplier default / bankruptcy protection, delay, interruption, missed connection for airplane, cruises, train, cancellation, medical emergency transportation / evacuation & repatriation due to war / flood / epidemic, baggage & personal effects / lost luggage & baggage delay, illness, change of plans, accidental death and disability, travel accident / sickness medical expenses, and more.
- Proper insurance may protect passengers from any financial loss in almost all circumstances. Without appropriate travel insurance, Customer understands and agreed that if Customer cancel or interrupts Customer’s travel for any reason, portion of the trip / tour may not be refunded and Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C and travel suppliers cancellation penalties will apply resulting in loss of monies up to the full cost of customer’s travel booking and related costs.
- Transportation: for transfers and sightseeing, we use mini coaches, big coaches, or small vans depending on the respective tour group size.
- Sightseeing attractions: some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternative sightseeing place if possible.
- Some hotels will not provide Iron & Ironing board in the room, but available on request or common place with iron and ironing board.
- Some restaurants will provide vegetarian food with fish.
- As a third person in a triple room, the third person will get a rollaway bed. The room size may be the same as a double room.
- A person under 11 years is considered as child and infant sharing parent’s bed.
- Guest hereby gives consent to Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, to publish any photographs and/or videos of the trip or Guest in printed or electronic media without obtaining further consent and without any compensation. Each Guest releases Admiral Travel Bureau L.L.C, and its representatives or directors from any liability in connection with any use of such photographs and/or videos.
Visa Processing (If required):
- Visa processing requires a minimum of 60 working days, however since this is a group departure, we would require all documents 75dys prior to the departure.
Documents required:
- Valid Passport (minimum validity of six months during travel) and three photographs as per the specifications of the Consulate or Embassy.
Airlines:
- The Admiral Travel Bureau will not make seat selection in aircraft for group or individual passengers. If a guest needs seat arrangements in the aircraft, contact the airline directly.
Payment:
- Payment by cheque, bank deposit or bank transfer to the account of Admiral Travel Bureau with JP Morgan Chase Bank. Bank details are available upon request.
Cancellation and refund Policy – at any circumstances (including war, flood, strike or epidemic):
- Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the departure date: Registration fee, applicable airline penalty charges and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
- Cancellation between 89-60 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the tour cost, airline cancellation penalty and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
- Cancellation between 59-31 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the total tour cost, airline cancellation penalty and third-party vendor deposit will be deducted.
- Cancellation on 30 days or less prior to the departure date: ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost, any airline penalty will be deducted.
- A refund will be made after 60 days of the scheduled departure of the tour subject to the funds available from the tour operator from foreign countries.
- No refunds, either in part or full, for any unused services in the package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours etc..
- If Passenger want to cancel their travel arrangements with Admiral Travel Burau passenger need to notify in writing. Passengers need to send a letter by email or USPS to Admiral Travel Bureau.

We will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, we do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person and property because of an act of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour.
